With the First Moon Kit, we aim to instill confidence and go deeper than just teaching the essential information about the menstrual cycle.
The Heart Behind First Moon Kit
As a mother of two daughters, I saw firsthand how confusing and overwhelming the first period can be not only for girls, but for families trying to start “the talk.” I wanted to create something that made that moment easier, softer, and more empowering.
That’s why I designed the First Moon Kit a curated experience that helps families and organizations create space for open, confident conversations about periods, self-care, and wellness.
Each kit is intentionally crafted to educate, prepare, and inspire. Inside, girls discover everything they need to understand their menstrual cycle, explore healthy product options, learn about holistic remedies, and feel safe enough to ask questions and celebrate their womanhood.

To be honest, I thought about how I would feel when my niece would start her first period and what could I do to be there for her. We usually leave stuff like that to the girlfriends and moms but I know the time will come! So I grabbed her a Moon Kit so I could better understand how I could support my princess. She felt like I gave her a girly gift for her and her mom lol, Thanks!
