Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms without consultation The total fee for Tea & S.T.E.M workshop is $550.This Includes a First Moon Kit for each participant and materials for S.T.E.M Activities. A non-refundable deposit of $125 is required at the time of reviewing your invoice and signing your Agreement to reserve the Service for the Customer and materials. The remaining balance of $400 must be paid in full electronically at least 12 hours before the arrival of the Facilitator to perform the Service. Failure of final payment forfeits your scheduled service and future bookings. Payment Method Payment can be made electronically via Paypal, Zelle, Cashapp, Website paylink. Cancellation and Refund Policy Your $125.00 deposit is non-refundable and will serve as a down payment towards your workshop booking fee. Customer(s) will receive a 15-minute grace period for consultation. Any minute past the grace period will require customer(s) to reschedule. Any cancellations that are voluntarily made by provider/founder, customer will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund. Rescheduling If eligible, the Customer may reschedule the Service up to 24hrs before the scheduled date, subject to availability.
